FYI, that one looks to be from 2007 and I think some things have changed. It will help but you can have a brand new shiney one if you attend a judging school in your region.

A link to the newest one is on the IMAC home page, to the right, just click on the rules tab and chose "AMA Rulebook" but just in case, here is the 2009-2010 version
