I would suggest any good 50cc plane and there are several out there.. Extreme Flight, Wild Hare, QQ and Magic Hands to name a few. Keep it simple and have fun the first year, you will learn a lot and your flying skills will improve dramatically. Try to drag a friend along with you, it’s always good to have someone to practice with and to call for you and it gives you a back up plane too if he’s a good friend
. I now have a great new best friend who dragged me into IMAC when I didn’t even know how to spell Ilmemon, much less do one. Still working on that spelling thing

Jut a little IMAC story. My first Imac was at the Charlotte aeromodelers club with the guy that I drag out there Thomas.
First, I left my wing tube at home, so one of the club members went home and pick one up that would work on my plane.
Second , As I was pretending to fly the basic sequence the prop flew off the engine and broke off and three of the bolts shear completely flush.
Third, While Thomas is flying his plane the throttle servo goes bananas and he has to land the plane. We almost pack up and went home. So we ended up taking his engine off his plane and putting it in mine and flew the rest the contest. That's just one story. Please don't loose sight of having fun with it, ask questions and the people at this contest are always and I mean always willing to help.
PRIMO KABOOM!!! AKA ROLLERMAN ALMOST FLYING IN ADVANCE!!!!
