is anyone else getting a bunch of emails for forums they are tracking without having done anything to track them?

i've have gotten a bunch of emails about different forums that i have never seen.

Click on My Profile at the top of the forum menu and go to Forum tracking. You can enable/disable the tracking process from there.

Not receiving any forum subscription email.....

Have not for weeks.........

Could someone assist with sorting out why I have stopped receiving subscription email????????
