The 2010 Northeast Regional IMAC FInals will be held at The Black DIrt Squadron Flying Field in Goshen, NY on Saturday and Sunday October 2nd and 3rd.

 

The field address for GPS is 178 Indiana Road Goshen, NY. This contest is the last contest of the 2010 season and as those of you that attended last years Black Dirt Meet know, we had a great time as the Black Dirt Flying field is one of the best in the Northeast and the fall weather in the Goshen, NY area is awesome.

 

Many pilots have already registered and I encourage all of you that are planning to attend to pre register as well and come and join us for a weekend of fun and great competition. The contest will also inlclude a Freestyle competition. 

Those that are planning to attend are also encouratged to book your hotel rooms as soon as possible.  The beginning of October is a very busy period in the Goshen, NY area and I have arranged for special rates at the Comfort Inn in Goshen, NY and the Microtel Hotel in Middletown, NY but rooms are limited at the reduced rates, so please book early as you can always cancel if your plans change. TheMicrotel block will be closed after 9/24. 

-If you want to book at the Comfort Inn you need to contact the hotel 845-291-1282 and ask for Bonnie and mention Black Dirt Squadron Model Club and you will get a rate of $70. 

-If you want to book at the Microtel you need to contact the hotel 845-692-0098 and mention the Black Dirt IMAC Contest and you will get a rate of $69 or $79 depending on the number of people and the day.
