Fees will be $35 for non-IMAC members and $25 for IMAC members. The club will be doing food for us both days 

Start time will be promptly at 9:00am both days with the pilots meeting at 8:45am both days. 

Camping is allowed at the field. The club requests that noise levels be kept down after dark

Freestyle is Saturday around noon with 1/2 hour afterwards being dedicated to allow any club members that are there that wish to get a quick flight in will be able to.

We are going to try to get the field back to the members no later than 5:00pm on Saturday and 1:00pm on Sunday

The field will be available for practice on Friday though there will probably be club members flying as well.

I ask that if you are not flying, judging or calling that you scribe. I am going to need everyones help in doing our best to eliminate any downtime between classes and rounds. This is an agreement we made with the club so that we could hold a second contest

Awards will be delayed around 2 weeks but will be sent directly to the winners address
