To all NE region Contest Directors and IMAC members....

As we start our contest season very shortly, there are a few things that have changed that you may not know about. />  IMAC now has the most current version of the Score program on the IMAC website on the home page to the far right under the "For CD's" tab. Also, Kent Porter has an excellent tutorial on how to use the program which can be seen here.

Roy Barrow also has an article that describes how to prepare what he needs from the program, after your contest, so that he can use it with the IMAC website. That information can be found here.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE EXCEL SPREADSHEET ANY LONGER !!!

Also here is a good checklist to help you make sure you have everything thing you need for your event.

And finally, remember that a new policy came into effect for fee discounts for IMAC members. The discount is now $10.00 and it is required to be considered a valid contest. Please make sure that you also verify that those requesting the discount can provide proof of IMAC membership by showing you their IMAC card which they can print from the IMAC website.

If anyone does not know how to see and print their IMAC membership card, go to the IMAC website and login. Right in the middle of the home page will be a link to print your card
