Hi everyone,
We are getting close.. Close to having consistent flying weather and really close to the start of our 2009 season.
I have talked to a lot of people that got some flying in during March during our unseasonably warm weather.
I got several flights in during that time and it was good to be out. Winter projects are just about ready to fly and Ronnie's contest is only a month away. Nice to see the light at the end of the winter tunnel.
Larry Arseneau and I are heading down to Ryan Gonsoulin's contest this weekend. Ryan is in the South Central Region. We have a lot of great friends down there so it will be good to see everyone.
I was not able to make it down there last year but Larry did and said its a contest that's not to be missed. We are looking forward to it.
In March, Rick Kroeze and his crew put on a VERY successful Judging Seminar in Ontario. All the reports I heard said it was a great weekend with a lot of great information shared. They signed up a lot of new IMAC members in the process.
Thanks for the effort guys!
Just a reminder..
April 18th is my Intro to IMAC Seminar in Bloomington, Illinois. Dan Knippen has been helping me get this ready and it looks like we are going to have a big turnout. If you plan on attending, please bring a chair with you. We have a limited number in our Clubhouse. Click Here for more details.
As a reminder the 2009 Judging Seminar will be held May 9th and 10th at the AMA site in Muncie Indiana.
Please make plans to attend. Lots of hard work is going on behind the scenes to make this a great weekend.
See you all there.
Talk to you soon.
