Don't wish to start an argument guys.....just stating I had one friend who purchased the "mechanic" pass, and attended. He called for me sometimes but was otherwise just hanging with us. He was never questioned about his pass, and at the end of the week wondered why he paid for it.

I CAN understand the need to limit congestion on the flight line itself. Only pilots, callers, judges and scribes should be there.

Hi friends

The IMAC Worlds is not something new, we already have the experience from the last worlds and other national events so we should give the credit to the ones that are now in-charge of this Worlds 2018 event.

I do think that the AMA airfield, with its design can let us work in a more flexible way so people that are not the pilots or the mechanics or family or management or line bosses or... can see something other than our back shirts with their nice logos and sayings.
The patches and tags are good, like every well organized event, which it is but, we shouldn't start by restricting anyone from seeing something he wants to see.
I see the IMAC Worlds like a family reunion.
