Does any software/tool that generates automatically unknown sequence exist somewhere?
It would be very helpful to prepare the local competition.
Thank you.

Hi

Yes it called Aresti, you can purchase it and make your own for practice but its very expensive though.
The sequence committee has one and thats how they write theirs and send them worldwide to all the different CDs
My recommendation will be, take old Knows or Unknowns and change the elements it the geometry in each figure.
I do that very often.
Something more you can do is fly both sides, ie left to right and vise versa
Believe me you wont be bored

The Aresti software can be purchased from Alan Cassidy. You can find the information at https://freestyleaviatio...drawing-software-aresti/

That program runs in Microsoft Visio, so the expensive part is purchasing Visio. The Aresti software runs as addon and forms, and unfortunately, this configuration drives modern antivirus software nuts. This is the software the sequence committee uses. Alan is licensed by the Aresti Family to distribute the software.

The other piece you'll need to create your own sequences is the actual Aresti Catalogs for the class. Not all maneuvers are legal in Advanced and below, and there are limitations on roll elements. Designing a valid sequence is not an easy task, and takes a while to develop the necessary skills.

A better approach, rather than trying to create unknown sequences, is just focus on perfecting the elements that are contained in a sequence. Practice all variations of lines (vertical, 45 up, horizontal, 45 down, down lines, inverted and upright entrys to all, 45 and 135 degree pulls and pushes to those lines. Practice all your roll elements on each of these lines (2x8. 1/4. 2x4, 4x8,1/2, 3x4, 3/4, 6x8, 1 roll, 8x8, 4x4, 2 pt roll). Positive and negative snaps on all lines. half loops, 3/4 loops, full loops. Heck, you could spend an entire practice session flying nothing but half Cubans, reverse half Cubans, up and down Tear drops, and get all the practice you need to perform all the elements. Then its just a matter of thinking about the unknown as a collection of those elements performed in a certain order. You'll spend more time flying, less time trying to draw sequences, and get better faster.

Of course, this is all just my personal opinion.

Adi Kochav, Brad
Thank you very much for your help.
I will make contact with Alan Cassidy. I also check the old Knowns and Unknowns.
I also think about the logical way Brad wrote. Perfecting the elements are important not only for Unknowns but Knowns. I think these are also appeal points to judge.
Thank you very much.
