Mark..how can you have contests in the ne.region and southeast region on same day and location...which region does the oints count for ...do i get 2000 for 1st place...yuk yuk yuk.....05-01-2010 is the date....hampton......pops

Hey Pops...remember that any pilot is allowed two contests out of region to count for their Regional Points Series so I guess that contests close to the "border" of two regions could be advertised in both...

We decided a while ago that we would list border contests on both the NE and SE sites to try to get more pilots aware and it seems to be working so far. A bunch from the NE are coming down to show the SE how it's done and we have not had much practice weather....

I'm sorry, I missed that part

It's a SE contest, the location will show you that. Ne goes from the southern most part of MD up and the SE from the Northern most part of VA down

Pops...Technically...The State of Virginia is in the SE region...& the contest is in the state of Virginia...so........There's your answer.
